We received our first Modleash collar and leash set as a gift. We were very impressed with the quality and design of the set. One year later, we decided to purchase a second set just for a color and design change. After daily use, our first set is still in excellent condition. Pros: The leash and collar are great quality for the price. Very stylish, and I love it for my pup. Cons: It took over 2 months to arrive. When I ordered it, it said it would arrive in 3 days. When it did not, I reached out to customer service who told me it was no longer in stock. Don't let your customers buy something that is no longer available! If its no longer available, tell them BEFORE they reach out asking where it is, a week after it was supposed to arrive! I waited for 2 months for it to come back in stock, but once it was finally shipped it arrived fast and worth the money.
