The color & design of the set was beautiful, but I ordered the large for the collar and got the wrong size. After sharing this with Mod squad on facebook, I was told to email you guys. After I sent the email clearly explaining that the collar did not fit while fully extended (and added pictures), your customer service representative simply told me I am doing it wrong and linked a video of how to put on a dog collar. I know how to change the size of a dog collar. If you had sent me the correct size, I would have been able to fit it around her neck. It was very upsetting to me how the service representative handled situation.
